L.L.Bean is one of the stores that really does use promo codes. Its biggest one of the year is usually the Black Friday code, which takes a percent off your order and can stack with items that are already on sale.
Right now L.L.Bean hasn’t posted its 2026 Black Friday code or dates. Other real offers it runs during the year include a first-order offer when you sign up for emails, a one-time discount when you’re approved for the L.L.Bean Mastercard, and verified discounts for groups like military, students and teachers.
When you have a code, add your items to the bag and enter it in the promo code field at checkout. Most codes leave out some brands or items, so read the offer details.
L.L.Bean hasn’t announced its 2026 Black Friday dates yet. Black Friday itself is Friday, Nov 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is Nov 30.
Here’s how it worked last year. In 2025, L.L.Bean’s Black Friday code gave 15% off select merchandise from 12:01 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Nov 26 to 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Dec 2. It didn’t apply at L.L.Bean Outlets or on the Canadian and global sites. Shoppers could use it on top of items that were already marked down.
If L.L.Bean follows last year’s pattern, expect a week-long code instead of a one-day doorbuster, one that starts before Thanksgiving and runs through Cyber Monday. We’ll update this page as soon as L.L.Bean shares the 2026 details.
L.L.Bean’s rewards run through the L.L.Bean Mastercard from Citi. You earn 5% back at L.L.Bean, 2% at most restaurants and 1% on other purchases. Rewards come as Bean Bucks, which you spend on L.L.Bean gear in stores or online.
Cardholders also get free standard shipping with no minimum and free return shipping, as long as the order was paid with the card or fully with Bean Bucks. New cardholders who are approved instantly on llbean.com get 20% off their first eligible purchase during that visit.
It’s a credit card, so it only makes sense if you’d open one anyway. Check the current terms on L.L.Bean’s site before you apply.
